Double Boiler Insert 3-Quart

The 3qt. Double Boiler is constructed with heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel offering lifelong durability and warp resistance, even at temperatures up to 500ºF. The double boiler sits atop a slow simmer of water for indirect heat and precise temperature regulation. A secret weapon in any Michelin-star kitchen, the non-reactive, triple bonded steel design ensures even heat distribution for delicate stovetop preparations like handmade creme anglaise, chocolate ganache, or restaurant-quality hollandaise sauce. Our team of chefs and engineers challenged every detail, from the optimally-weighted design and drip-free pouring lip, to Hestan,s signature French-inspired handle, for comfortable transferring from stove to tabletop. This gourmet addition to your kitchen is dishwasher safe for effortless cleanup.
